The Österbotten tray, dim blue

The misty blue Österbotten tray is inspired by the blue color of the sky in unstable weather. The Ostrobothnia tray is part of the Ostrobothnia series, Finnish design that draws its inspiration from the nature of Ostrobothnia and the people who live in the region.

Christmas comes in nature-inspired earth tones - paper, wood, and glass dominate the Christmas decor.

Colors for us Ostrobothnians
The yellow tray stands for the drive within us Ostrobothnians, for our forward-thinking and “do-it-yourself” attitude.

The red tray is inspired by the red color of our traditional Ostrobothnian farmhouses. A true red tray.

The deep gray, stone-gray tray stands for the tenacity, fighting spirit, stability, and security found here.

The pink tray emerged during the springtime when the pink apple blossoms were in full bloom in Ostrobothnia. The pink tray is a romantic and calm element in our Ostrobothnia series. It initially came out in a limited edition but continues to thrive due to its great popularity and is now part of the standard range.

The green tray represents the forest - green spruces - and our closeness to nature.

The blue tray, which has now been discontinued, symbolizes our proximity to the sea. The blue tray lifts the wooden boat found in all trays and simultaneously provides the swallows with a blue sky to sail through.

Rust-brown tray - old love never rusts. We in Ostrobothnia have our roots well preserved no matter where in the world we are.

Mist-blue tray - after rain comes sunshine, it’s the blue we see among the clouds during unsteady weather. The familiar color that hints at what’s to come.

Sage-green tray - for all the growers in Ostrobothnia, for the wonderful crops that come from here, and for all the fantastic work of the local producers.

The back of all trays comes with a clear statement about our conviction, namely that Ostrobothnia is one of the best places on earth.

More about the motif
Barn swallows flying, apple blossoms, cloudberry leaves, and a wooden boat waiting for its guests. All in a pleasantly accepting style. Just as we want it here in Ostrobothnia.
