Ordering Products 

Orders are placed through the online store's shopping cart and are immediately confirmed to the given email address upon payment. The minimum order amount is 10 SEK. 

Orders based on a quote request are placed only after the quote has been approved by the customer. The customer can follow up on the quote request, manage all communications regarding it, and approve the quote directly in the webshop by being logged in.  

Note! If you live in Åland, send your order to shop@aveo.fi to receive an invoice without VAT on the products.


All prices are in SEK and include the applicable VAT (25%). A delivery fee of approximately 10 SEK will be added to every order made via the Aveo webshop. When the total order amount exceeds 150 EUR, shipping is free.

The customer may also choose to pick up the products from Aveo's office at: Komossavägen 253, 66820 KOMOSSA. In this case, no delivery fees will be added. 

In case of obvious human errors in the input of prices and texts in the webshop, we reserve the right to make corrections and inform the customer before delivery.  


When ordering goods via the shopping cart in the online store, payment is made immediately through Klarna's payment service. Klarna's payment service is a safe and quick way to complete the order and works with all banks' payment systems online.


When requesting a quote, the order is placed as soon as the payment is completed. To expedite the order, a copy of the completed transaction can be sent by email to shop@aveo.fi. Unpaid orders are valid for one week from the order date.


If needed, Aveo will open a customer account for invoicing according to the customer’s wishes. Contact us by email or phone to open an account. 

Order information is stored electronically, and to save costs and the environment, no packing slip is included in the package.

We save all order details in our system. We recommend our customers create an account to easily access their own information. 

Delivery Times

Stock items ordered on weekdays before 1 PM are packed the same day and sometimes reach the customer the next day, usually within 3-5 days. 

Delivery times for special order items vary from 14 days to up to a month. 

We strive to send all your purchases in one package, for environmental reasons. We will send your delivery as soon as we have received all the products you ordered. 


The customer will be notified personally by email or text message when the package is ready for pickup. The package is sent to the collection point closest to the address provided by the customer.

The entire order is usually delivered at once. If any of the items in the order has an extra long delivery time, the other items may be sent earlier. 

In some exceptional cases, longer delivery times may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify the customer, who, if they wish, can cancel their order free of charge.  

Deliveries to Other Countries 

Aveoshop delivers orders worldwide.  We require the product and shipping costs to be paid before the shipment leaves our warehouse. Contact Aveo via email or phone for additional details.  In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Want to return the product?

The customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal (in accordance with consumer protection law, 14 days) from the day the product is received. 

The product being returned must be unopened and in undamaged original packaging. The plastic and any labels on the wallpaper rolls should not be removed. Color shades must be checked before opening the wallpaper packaging.  The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, such as custom-cut wallpaper or fabrics sold by the meter. The return right does not apply to material samples either.

Print and fill out the return form that you can find as a pdf file here (Return Form in PDF). Aveo will acknowledge the return and refund the payment in full to the same account from which the payment was made.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs themselves, but in case of complaints, the shipping cost is free for the customer.

Is the product faulty?

If you discover a defect in the received product - it is broken or damaged during delivery:  contact Aveo by email at shop@aveo.fi for further instructions. Attach a photo of the defective product. Provide the order code and contact details. The complaint period is two months from the date you received the product.

If Aveo asks you to return the defective product, print and fill out the PDF form here (Complaint Form in PDF). Free returns apply when Aveo has asked you to return the product via email; in other cases, you are responsible for the return shipping. Whether a new replacement product or a refund will be provided will be agreed upon case by case.
