Tag your photos with #yesaveo and inspire us all with your unique home decor! We are always delighted to see how you make your home unique with our products from Aveo, and we love to see them shine in your home. We ask for permission to occasionally share these photos on our own channels. The photos are mainly used on Instagram and Facebook, but we also share them on our webshop in connection with our products.

 

When you use the hashtag #yesaveo, you agree to the following terms:

You grant Aveo AB (organization number 2026929-3), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use all images you tag with #yesaveo ("the images") in the company's own marketing and/or advertising channels. This includes galleries on our website, webshop, newsletters, catalogs, emails, and other communication means to customers and other marketing contexts.

You certify and warrant that 1) you own all rights to your images, 2) you have obtained permission from all persons in the images to transfer the rights to Aveo AB, and 3) the use of the images in Aveo's operations will not infringe on third-party rights or violate any law.

You release Aveo from all obligations to pay you for the use of your images and for intellectual property rights associated with them in connection with the aforementioned use. You release and agree to hold Aveo and all persons acting on behalf of Aveo harmless against all claims, demands, and liabilities, regardless of type, in connection with the use of the images as described above.
